Med en ny AI-assistent i Customer Service kan kunder nu f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp til supportsp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l direkte i Kundeportalen og Knowledgebase \u2013 ogs\u00e5 uden for almindelig \u00e5bningstid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AI fylder mere og mere i den m\u00e5de, moderne software og service udvikles p\u00e5. Hos Unik handler det ikke om AI for AI\u2019ens skyld, men om at bruge teknologien d\u00e9r, hvor den kan g\u00f8re hverdagen lettere for kunderne.<\/p>\n<p>Derfor er vores nye AI-assistent i Customer Service nu g\u00e5et live.<\/p>\n<p>AI-assistenten kan hj\u00e6lpe kunder med at finde svar p\u00e5 supportsp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l ved at s\u00f8ge i Uniks egne vidensartikler, vejledninger og best practice-indhold. Det betyder, at kunderne hurtigere kan f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp til de sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, hvor svaret allerede findes i vores samlede videnbase.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Hurtigere hj\u00e6lp \u2013 ogs\u00e5 uden for \u00e5bningstid<\/h4>\n<p>Med den nye AI-assistent bliver supporten mere tilg\u00e6ngelig. Den kan tilg\u00e5s via Uniks Kundeportal og Knowledgebase og er udviklet til at hj\u00e6lpe kunderne videre, n\u00e5r de har brug for svar her og nu.<\/p>\n<p>Det f\u00f8lger en bredere udvikling, hvor AI i stigende grad bliver brugt til at h\u00e5ndtere de mere enkle og gentagne supportsp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. N\u00e5r teknologien bygger p\u00e5 et solidt vidensgrundlag, kan den give hurtigere svar p\u00e5 de sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, der allerede er dokumenteret \u2013 og samtidig give supportmedarbejderne bedre mulighed for at bruge tid p\u00e5 de mere komplekse henvendelser.<\/p>\n<p>For Unik er pointen, at AI skal underst\u00f8tte den gode kundeoplevelse \u2013 ikke erstatte den menneskelige dialog, n\u00e5r der er behov for den.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Tr\u00e6net p\u00e5 Uniks egen viden<\/h4>\n<p>Den nye AI-assistent er blevet tr\u00e6net og testet gennem de seneste m\u00e5neder, f\u00f8r den nu er gjort tilg\u00e6ngelig for kunderne.<\/p>\n<p>Som Mads fra Uniks Customer Service fort\u00e6ller:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cVi har arbejdet med vores AI-agent i nogle m\u00e5neder og er n\u00e5et til et punkt, hvor vi mener, at den kan skabe v\u00e6rdi for vores kunder. Den er pt. i beta-version, og vi tr\u00e6ner og optimerer l\u00f8bende dens svarmuligheder.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De f\u00f8rste tilbagemeldinger fra brugerne er positive, og mere end 80 % af de vurderede svar opleves som hj\u00e6lpsomme. Det peger p\u00e5, at AI-assistenten allerede hj\u00e6lper mange kunder godt videre.<\/p>\n<p>Det er et godt udgangspunkt \u2013 men ikke et endeligt facit. AI-assistenten er stadig i beta, og den bliver l\u00f8bende forbedret, efterh\u00e5nden som den f\u00e5r mere erfaring og mere viden at arbejde med.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>En del af et st\u00f8rre AI-fokus i Unik<\/h4>\n<p>Lanceringen er et konkret eksempel p\u00e5, hvordan Unik arbejder med AI i praksis. M\u00e5let er at bruge ny teknologi til at skabe l\u00f8sninger, der virker i hverdagen \u2013 for kunderne, for brugerne og for de medarbejdere, der hver dag hj\u00e6lper dem videre.<\/p>\n<p>Den nye AI-assistent er derfor ikke bare en ny chatfunktion.
