L\u00e6s mere om det l\u00e6ngere nede p\u00e5 denne side.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><strong>F\u00e5 overblikket her:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Loven\u00a0tr\u00e6der i kraft den 30. september 2022.<\/li>\n<li>Regulering af lejen efter udviklingen i nettoprisindekset for 2022 og 2023 kan ikke overstige 4 pct., jf. dog \u00a7 53 a, stk. 1.\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u200b\u200b\u00a7 53 a, stk. 1. omhandler stigninger i de rimelige og n\u00f8dvendige udgifter knyttet til ejendommen, som ikke kan d\u00e6kkes af lejeforh\u00f8jelse p\u00e5 de 4 %. Kaldt undtagelsesbestemmelsen. \u200b\u200b\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Der er p\u00e5 sigt behov for, at der udvikles et nyt og mere retvisende indeks for regulering af huslejer. Der vil blive igangsat et analysearbejde, som skal munde ud i et forslag til et nyt indeks, som kan tr\u00e6de i kraft fra den 1. januar 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Loven f\u00e5r ogs\u00e5 virkning for lejeforh\u00f8jelser, som forinden lovens ikrafttr\u00e6den er meddelt lejeren, efter en periode fra lovens ikrafttr\u00e6den svarende til lejerens opsigelsesvarsel. Hvis lejeren fx har 3 m\u00e5neders opsigelsesvarsel, skal der g\u00e5 3 m\u00e5neder fra lovens ikrafttr\u00e6delse, til lejeforh\u00f8jelsen som udgangspunkt begr\u00e6nses til 4 pct. for de efterf\u00f8lgende m\u00e5neder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<div data-editorblocktype=\"Text\">\n<h5>Gode r\u00e5d til h\u00e5ndtering af huslejereguleringen efter nettoprisindekset, der skal ske 1. oktober 2022<\/h5>\n<p>Vi vil gerne dele tre r\u00e5d med dig ang\u00e5ende huslejeregulering efter nettoprisindekset:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Benyt guiden Autoregulering under Bolig | Varslinger eller fanen Varsling i Bolig | Boligberegning allerede nu og f\u00e5 sendt breve ud til lejerne, s\u00e5 lejerne modtager brevet inden den 30. september.<\/li>\n<li>Husk at DataLab har udviklet et v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til at f\u00e5 sat maks % p\u00e5 de autoreguleringer, som er omfattet af loven.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div data-editorblocktype=\"Text\">\n<h5><strong>Nyt v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til huslejeloft<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>DataLab har udviklet v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jet\u00a0<strong><em>Huslejeloft<\/em><\/strong>, som automatiserer arbejdet med at inds\u00e6tte en reguleringsprocent p\u00e5 jeres pristalsregulerede huslejer i forbindelse med den nye lov. Med Huslejeloft kan du nemt og hurtigt s\u00e6tte en maksimal procentv\u00e6rdi for huslejestigning p\u00e5 dine ejendomme.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6rkt\u00f8jet er en del af programservice, og kan bruges via DaTech 3.
