Working at Unik:
You will join a strong and experienced technical team that has great autonomy and influence on system decisions, where regular debates and constructively challenging each other are fundamental to achieving sprint objectives and efficiently developing software solutions that work in the real world.
The team is primarily responsible for our SaaS self-service portal, components and API’s, including migrating our existing solutions to our new platform. Our next-generation software is being built using agile principles and aims to fulfill our customers’ needs and expectations. You will be working closely with the QA engineers, UI/UX, our guilds, and the other teams to deliver complex PropTech solutions. Our Architects and IT department will support you to ensure you have the best tools and technologies for reaching our goals.
All our teams have a dedicated Scrum Master, Product Owner, and relevant specialists, and collaborate closely with other teams to build a complex best-in-class product from scratch.
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years’ professional working experience with full stack development, perhaps with in-depth back-end knowledge
- A drive for learning and improving yourself and others
- Experience with microservice architecture
- C# / .NET
- MSSQL, SQL, and query optimization
- You take pride in actively ensuring that your team delivers on the agreed scope, with the agreed quality, and within the agreed timeframe
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in Azure
- Entity Framework
- Knowledge of using Copilot for software development

History
Unik was established in Vejle in 1985 by Jens Find, who is currently CEO. With Unik Bolig for the property manager and Unik Advosys for the legal industry, Unik established itself as a leading software supplier in the Danish market. In the transition to becoming a SaaS provider – also known as Software-as-a-Service providers – Unik entered a strategic partnership with Main Capital Partners in 2023. In this context, Unik was divided into two independent companies, each with its own industry focus, and Unik therefore focuses exclusively on IT solutions for property management today.
