We have 11 teams working closely together and are now looking for at product owner for one of our highly skilled teams. With the team you will focus on moving our 450 customers in Denmark from the on-prem product (Unik Bolig) to our entirely new SaaS product HabiCen.
Your mission
You will become Product Owner for the critical area, focusing on migrating our 450 customers from Unik Bolig to HabiCen. Migration occurs in several stages and is supported by a customer-facing portal that provides an overview, status, and task assistance. At the same time, we have developed a dedicated platform for data migration, which you will be responsible for maintaining and developing further.
Your mission will involve strategic and practical aspects, balancing technical solutions with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with key individuals, including other Product Owners, People Manager, Scrum Masters, UI/UX designers, QA specialists, architects, and other development teams.
With your technical background and experience, you will delve into the product’s architecture and data migration strategies while ensuring optimal communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
You will work in a distributed Danish-Polish setup, and travel activity between our offices will be a natural part of your role to ensure effective team interaction. The team consists of four skilled and experienced developers, two working from Warszawa and two from our headquarters in Vejle.
Your core tasks
With your technical understanding and architectural approach, your tasks will include:
- Responsibility for the backlog, prioritizing, and refining tasks in collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
- Focus on end-to-end comprehensive documentation of Features/Requirements and their solutions.
- Developing and communicating clear goals for the product and its technical direction.
- Stakeholder management to align technical decisions and implementations to support customer needs.
- Coordinating implementation efforts and launching new migration stages for customers.
- Maintaining and expanding the existing migration platform and related technologies.
What we are looking for
- A Technical Product Owner with a technical architectural background, preferably in data migration.
- Ability to describe complex needs so that development teams can translate them into solutions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, preferably also Danish—but this is not mandatory.
